This download includes 3 plan options based on your current walking ability. Please review the options and pick the plan that seems most appropriate for you to follow.
Option 1: This plan assumes you are already able to walk for 30-40 minutes. This plan focuses on progressing your ability to jog for increased periods of time.
Option 2: This plan assumes you are able to walk for 15-20 minutes, but not 30-40. This plan focuses on progressing your time doing walk / jog intervals.
Option 3: Walking only program. This plan assumes you cannot walk 10-15 minutes. This plan does NOT include jogging intervals. This plan focuses on progressing your time walking with a few bouts per day.
