We are a husband and wife team of licensed and experienced professionals looking to provide our clients with safe and effective services to help you meet your individual lifestyle and endurance training goals.

About Becky

Becky is a licensed physical therapist with a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Duquesne University. She is also a USA Triathlon Level 1 Certified Tri Coach, a Road Runner’s Club of American Certified Running Coaching, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is currently a physical therapist in an outpatient sports and orthopedic setting. She loves helping to guide athletes back to full participation in sport while providing them with high quality education for safe training and future injury prevention. Becky has been a triathlete herself since 2014, when she completed her first 70.3 distance race. She is also an avid mountain biker and hiker.

Nick is a licensed and registered dietitian and a board certified specialist in sports dietetics with over a decade of experience working with clients and groups of multiple disciplines. He graduated from Seton Hill University in 2012. He spent many years working for the Pittsburgh Marathon as a community dietitian who ran youth outreach programs and provided sports nutrition services to athletes of various disciplines. He assists with camps and provides nutrition education and counseling for various groups of endurance athletes, including junior elite athletes with USA cycling as well as adolescent and adult athletes with Arkansas track club. He then moved into a more clinical setting, working in adult weight management and medical nutrition therapy / counseling. In 2021, he started working as a bariatric dietitian specialist. He now provides services to patients in a clinical setting, but is still frequently involved with community education services through cooking demonstrations and nutrition workshops. Nick has been an avid cyclist himself for 20+ years and understands the aspects of nutrition for endurance athletes on a personal level.
