Coaching Services
We offer customizable coaching packages for all athletes. All of our athletes will receive:
Custom coaching by Becky with weekly or biweekly workouts
Nutrition planning and education to assist with fueling for both life and performance by Nick
Communication throughout the week via Training Peaks, text or email
Monthly 1:1 check ins
Race prep meetings
Initial and every 6 months gait analysis and swim stroke assessment to focus drills and improve technique
Access to Becky’s strength and conditioning video library to breakdown all exercises provided
Coaching is available for:
Triathlon
Running
Off-road triathlon / Xterra events
Other multisport (duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon)
Strength & Conditioning programming
Nutrition education, meal planning, etc.
Who do we work with?
We are able and qualified to work with beginner athletes, or athletes with many years of experience. We are happy to assist with your first sprint triathlon or your 10th full Ironman. We can assist with running races anywhere from a 5k to full marathons. During an initial consult, we will get to know you, your training history and your goals and tell you a little bit about us to help determine if we are an appropriate match.
Special groups that we excel in coaching due to our advanced education & licensures include:
Athletes who have had bariatric surgeries or are considering this route
Athletes who are trying to safely lose excess weight
Athletes who experience chronic injuries or are returning from injury
Athletes with busy lifestyles who want to focus on quality over quantity workouts
