Weekly individualized endurance program provided via TrainingPeaks app from Coach Becky with consideration to your data analysis, feedback, schedule, limitations, etc.
Customized strength workouts via Everfit app

Workout modifications as needed
Monthly (or as needed) coaching 1:1’s
Nutrition education provided by Nick Fischer, RD, CSSD
Focus on applying science-backed training principles to help you train safer and smarter while reaching new limits
Nutrition Coaching:
Virtual nutrition coaching is provided by Nick. You will start with a initial 1:1 call and intake form to review your goals, questions and current dietary / fueling patterns. You will have 1-2 calls with Nick every month to discuss your progress and answer any questions. You will receive access to all of our nutrition resources, and Nick will provide you with written follow ups after each call. You can also reach out to Nick via email or in-app messaging for additional questions between sessions.
Strength Coaching:
Virtual strength programming is provided by Becky via the Everfit app. You will start with a initial 1:1 call and intake form to review your goals, strengths, limitations, injury history and comfortable with various equipment and lifts. Programming is provided on a weekly basis with modifications as needed. Becky encourages open communication via the app, in a workout, or via text / email. Progressions towards your goals are based heavily on your feedback and 1:1’s.

Write up to include recommended exercises and potential areas of strength or mobility concern

Who do we work with?
We are able and qualified to work with beginner athletes, or athletes with many years of experience. We are happy to assist with your first sprint triathlon or your 10th full Ironman. We can assist with running races anywhere from a 5k to full marathons. During an initial consult, we will get to know you, your training history and your goals and tell you a little bit about us to help determine if we are an appropriate match.
Individuals whom we specialist in coaching due to our education & licensures include:
Athletes who experience chronic injuries or are returning from injury
